All praise be to Allah and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family and companions and those who follow his guidance. ‘Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “The one who is proficient in the recitation of the Qur’an will be with the honorable and obedient scribes (angels) and he who recites the Qur’an and finds it difficult to recite, doing his best to recite it in the best way possible, will have a double reward.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The Quran is the final and definitive message of Allah to his creations, it is therefore an obligation upon every Muslim to reflect and contemplate upon every verse in the Quran and to adhere to it in all matters of life.

Ali (May Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: “Indeed there comes a Fitnah” So I said: “What is the way out from it O Messenger of Allah?” He said: “Allah’s book. In it is news for what happened before you, and information about what comes after you, and judgement for what happens between you.

It is the Criterion (between right and wrong) without jest. Whoever among the oppressive abandons it, Allah crushes him, and whoever seeks guidance from other than it, then Allah leaves him to stray. It is the firm rope of Allah, it is the wise remembrance, it is the straight path, and it is the one that the desires can not distort, nor can the tongues twist it, nor can the scholars ever have enough of it, and it shall not become dull from reciting it much, and the amazement of it does not diminish.

It is the one that when the Jinns hear it, they did not hesitate to say about it: ‘Verily, we have heard a wonderful Recitation (this Qur’an)! ‘It guides to the Right Path, and we have believed therein.’ Whoever speaks according to it then he has said the truth, and whoever acts according to it he is rewarded, and whoever judges by it he has judged justly, and whoever invites to it then he guides to the straight path.”

O Allah make us among those who memorize the Quran and apply it in all matters of life, for those are the fortunate ones who will prosper in life and the hereafter.

من فضائل القرآن الكريم

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه ثم أما بعد فعن السيدة عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( الماهر بالقرآن مع السفرة الكرام البررة والذي يقرأ القرآن ويتتعتع فيه وهو عليه شاق له آجران ) رواه مسلم

القرآن الكريم هو آخر كلمات الله إلى خلقه وآخر رسائله إلى عباده التي ينبغي أن يعيها المسلم ويتفكر فيها ويعمل بمقتضى ما جاء فيها عن علي – رضي الله عنه – قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ( كتاب الله فيه خبر ما قبلكم ونبأ ما بعدكم وحكم ما بينكم ، هو الفصل ليس بالهزل ، هو الذي لا تزيغ به الأهواء ، ولا يشبع منه العلماء ، ولا يخلق عن كثرة رد ، ولا تنقضي عجائبه ، هو الذي من تركه من جبار قصمه الله ، ومن ابتغى الهدى في غيره أضله الله ، هو حبل الله المتين وهو الذكر الحكيم ، وهو الصراط المستقيم ، هو الذي من عمل به أجر ، ومن حكم به عدل ، ومن دعا إليه هدي إلى صراط مستقيم ) فاللهم اجعلنا من أهل القرأن الذين هم أهلك وخاصتك .
